#207: Give Away Perks, Not Always Coupons

People get coupons in the mail every day; the novelty of coupons tends to wear off after a while. Sometimes customers respond better to special perks, like sneak peaks or new inventory, or invitations to special events. Coupons are great but it’s good to mix things up once in a while.
