This may sound a bit strange since we’re discussing email and online marketing, but in a recent study by Digital Strategy Consulting, it was determined that “consumers trust ecommerce businesses more when a telephone number is present.” While your customers may prefer to learn about a service online, there are instances when a customer may feel more comfortable making purchases over the phone. Be there to capture those opportunities with a well-placed number in all your correspondence.
