#331: Don’t Break Your Volume Promise

“Having clients sign up to receive your emails is great for your business, it gives you an easy way to distribute your content and keep your customers up to date with the latest news. People unsubscribing means they no longer want that information which can really affect your bottom line.”


Refrain from sending more emails than you promised. For example, if you tell subscribers you’ll be sending one email a week, or two promotions a month plus a newsletter, don’t go back on your word and bombard them with daily emails. This will only annoy your subscribers and likely make them click ‘unsubscribe.’
